How do I make a purchase?
Remember that pieces that are not in stock take approximately 14 days to produce and ship.
1. Go to the page of the product you want to purchase, when necessary select the size or finish of your preference and add the products to your shopping cart.
2. When your order is complete, click Go to cart, this will take you to a page where you can review the pieces you have added and will allow you to write a message if it is a gift.
3. Click Checkout and on the next page you can fill out your shipping information. Once you fill out the necessary fields, click continue with shipments.
4. Here you must choose the type of shipping you prefer and then click on continue with the payment.
5. Choose a payment option from those presented and click finish order.
6. Once the payment is authorized you should receive a confirmation email.

What is registration for?
Although you can make purchases without registering, the registration option will allow you to save different addresses and payment methods.
What are the payment options?
You can make your payment with any Visa, Master Card, American Express credit or debit card or through PayPal.
How do I apply a discount code?
To apply a discount code, when you check out your purchase you will automatically be given the option to enter the code in the case of computers on the left side of the screen or on mobile by clicking on show order summary or on the payment screen.
Can it be purchased from anywhere?
At the moment you can only make purchases shipping to Mexico, United States, Canada, Spain, Italy, France and the United Kingdom through our page. If you want to buy from any other country, write to us at hola@manimaalai.com or send us a message on Instagram (@manimaalai) to manage your purchase.

For purchases equal to or greater than $3,000 pesos, national shipping is free of charge.
Express shipping will be processed if the part is in stock otherwise its production time is 14 business days.
How long does it take for my purchase to arrive?
Once you have made your purchase, your order may take up to 72 hours to be processed. If your jewelry is in stock, the estimated delivery time is 1-4 business days, otherwise due to its production time the estimated delivery time is 14 business days.

What parcel service does MANI MAALAI use?
We make all our shipments through the FedEx or DHL service.
How to check if the purchase has been made correctly?

Will the product I buy be the same as the one I see in the photo?
The photographs that appear on the Web faithfully reflect the products, but it must be taken into account that they are made in high quality with the aim of reflecting each piece of jewelry in maximum detail. In some cases, the client could find differences in those products in which the raw material itself and its manufacturing process influence the final result, such as handcrafted products.
Sometimes there may be differences in colors and details depending on the monitor on which you are viewing our website. Furthermore, when a piece has gems, it must be taken into account that they are natural and therefore each gem is unique and there are minimal variations in size, color and brightness between them.

What should be done if you receive a product that is defective or different from the one ordered?
If you received a damaged or different piece than the one purchased, you must notify hola@manimaalai.com or by phone (81) 83-35-62-59 (hours: Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 8 pm). This report must be received within the first 24 hours of receiving the product. We will contact you as soon as possible.

How long does MANI MAALAI jewelry have a warranty?
All MANI MAALAI jewelry has a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.
What do I do if my jewelry requires maintenance or repair?
If you want to do any repair or maintenance on your piece, send us a message with the photo of the product to hola@manimaalai.com MANI MAALAI does not repair parts that are not branded.
