Changes

All sales are final, MANI MAALAI does not make refunds, it only makes exchanges for merchandise or grants vouchers for the amount paid, which will have no expiration date.

If there is a mistake in the item sent, you received a defective product at the time of delivery, or if you want to make a part change because the part purchased was not to your liking, you must notify us within the first 15 business days at telephone 81 8335 6259 , by WhatsApp at 81 2621 7769 , or notify said error to the email: hola@manimaalai.com from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm from Monday to Saturday.

For the exchange or return of the part to be valid, it must have its original label and packaging, as well as present the purchase receipt. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

The exchange of the piece will be made for one of equal or greater value (difference that the customer must cover) or, if it is for one of lower value, a voucher will be given for the remaining amount that can be used in your next purchase.

Pieces with discounts or special designs are exempt from return .

Warranty

MANI MAALAI warrants all products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of THREE (3) MONTHS from the date of original purchase.

During this warranty period, if any defect arises in the product, MANI MAALAI will evaluate the part and may (I) repair the product with new or reconditioned parts; (II) replace the product with a new one that is equal to the one purchased in the original purchase.

MANI MAALAI has no obligation to repair, replace or refund the defective product until it is returned. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident or misuse of the  MANI MAALAI products.
